Booking Policies

Booking

Your booking is confirmed once your details are entered into our reservation system. A payment of 30% of the total stay must be made within the agreed deadline. Payment can be made by bank transfer or through any of our available payment channels. The remaining balance is paid at check-in, unless credit terms have been agreed in advance.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in at no cost, subject to availability.
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM, subject to availability, with a charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
• Between 14 and 7 days before check-in: 30% charge.
• 7 days or less before check-in: 100% charge.

Booking changes are allowed, keeping the original rate or paying any applicable difference. The same notice period applies to date changes, subject to availability and the rate in effect for the new period.
